29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3): The contractor employer did not assure that each contract employee trained in the practices necessary to safely perform his/her job:  a) On or about January 28, 2014 and times prior the employer did assure that employees fully understood how to safely work on a Process Safety Management (PSM) site. An example would be an employee did not understand the difference between a small or large spill that could occur on the PSM site.  Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
