On or about February 27, 2014, on the southeast side a house, employees working beneath employees installing stone to the facing of the house were not wearing hard hats, exposing themselves to the hazard of being struck by falling debris.     b.   On or about February 27, 2014, on the southwest side a house, an employee working beneath employees installing stone to the facing of the house was not wearing a hard hat, exposing him to the hazard of being struck by falling debris.
