Crossbraces were used as a means of access.  On or about March 7, 2014 and times prior thereto, employees of Smith Construction were framing a one story residence being constructed at or near 2104 Airborne Cove in Jacksonville, Arkansas.  An employee was observed using framing member to access a scaffold platform used inside the frame structure, exposing the employee to a fall distance of greater than 10 feet to the ground level below.
