29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) 202 Somers Rd East Longmeadow, MA: On or about March 11, 2014, an employee was working on the roof of this residence more than 9 FT above the ground below without any fall protection, which is not in accordance with this subpart: Bill's Roofing was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 922247, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 13, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 775 Sunapee St in Springfield, MA.
