OSH ACT of 1970 Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:    The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to impalement hazards caused by uncapped steel stakes:    On or about 3/31/2014, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were engaged in concrete forming activities where steel stakes were not guarded, exposing employees to the hazard of impalement.    Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to cap all steel stakes immediately after driving the stakes into the ground.
