29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:    At the time of inspection, the employer did not train employees that are potentially exposed to chemicals on the revised Hazard Communication Standard (HCS), label elements, and the new format and types of information on each section of the Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Chemicals including, but not limited to, Dow Corning(R) 3-7132 Premium Acetoxy Sealant - P Clear.
