29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible: (Construction Reference 1926.103)  (a) Henderson Health and Human Development Building, University Park, Pennsylvania - An employee used a 3M 6200 half mask respirator while spraying Tremco EXOAIR 120 SP asphalt based spray-on vapor barrier to the exterior of the building.  The employer did not provide the employee with the information contained in Appendix D of the standard before allowing him to use the respirator, on or about May 1, 2014.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
