29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Platform(s) on all working levels of scaffolds, were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and guardrail supports such that the space between adjacent units, and the space between the platform and the uprights is no more than 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide, and the employer could not demonstrate that a wider space was necessary:     (a) Jobsite l- On or about May 8, 2014 employees installing siding were working on a scaffold at a height of 12 feet and 6 inches. The scaffold was not fully planked.     Framing Specialist, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 903519, citation number 01, item number 001(a) and was affirmed as a final order on 07/08/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 310 Bramlett Boulevard, Oxford, MS 38655.

Scaffold did not have base plates or mud sills.    Framing Specialist, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(c)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 903519, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/08/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 310 Bramlett Boulevard, Oxford, MS 38655.

(a) Jobsite - On or about May 8, 2014 employees installing siding were working on a scaffold at a height of 12 feet and 6 inches. Employees were using the cross braces to access the second tier of the scaffold.     Framing Specialist, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 903519, citation number 01, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/08/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 310 Bramlett Boulevard, Oxford, MS 38655.
