This exposed employees to a potential fall of 10 feet to the floor.    The Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 106753, notice number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/28/2011, with respect to a workplace located at Pine Ranger Station in Halfway, OR.
