Wipe samples taken on the pallet and tarp located on the floor of the change area contained 553 ug and 425 ug of lead, respectively.  A wipe sample taken on the steering wheel and dashboard of an employee's car contained 56 ug of lead.         Violation occurred on or about 06/03/2014.
