29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): An exit access was not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points and the width of the exit and exit discharge was not at least equal to the width of the exit access.       Employees in the warehouse were exposed to fire and smoke inhalation in the event of an emergency because an aisle had building structures, which reduced the exit accesses to approximately 19 inches and 22 inches.
