29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.   An appropriate eyewash was not available in the housekeeping room of the facility. Employees were exposed to corrosive chemicals in the area including, but not limited to Lime-A-Way, Mikro-Quat, and Oasis glass cleaner.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling.  Relocatable power taps (power strips) in the facility electrical room were mounted and not used according to the listing or labeling of the device. The power strips were used in sequence and used to power equipment such as routers and alarms. The total amperage of equipment plugged into the outlet and power taps exceeded the 20 A capacity of the corresponding circuit breaker.
