29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):  Places of employment were not kept clean.   a) 460 Mundet Place, Hillside, NJ site - Pallet Repair Area:  The employer did not maintain the work bench and the ground, free of potentially hazardous wood dust.  Levels of dust accumulation observed were greater than 1/32 inches (thickness of a typical paper clip).   Means were not provided to ensure wood dust produced from cutting wood from pallets were adequately cleaned up without the use of air blowing, brushing, sweeping, or dry mopping.  Machines include but not limited to a "Stripper" band saw (a two man operation) and the (1) Dewalt miter saw.    Condition noted on or about 6/12/2014.

Condition noted on or about 06/12/2014.

Condition noted on or about 6/12/2014.
