29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: a) Jobsite, corner of Walter Road and Western Road, Tarentum, PA: On or about June 18, 2014, during roofing work on roofs with pitches of approximately 3 in 12 and 10 in 12, the employer did not ensure that fall protection systems/devices were used where fall hazards of up to approximately 30 feet existed.
