No fit test was done for these employees.

No medical evaluation was done for these employees to determine if they were medically able to wear a respirator.

No data sheets were available on the site for these products which contain the hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to, acrylic polymer, wood, bonding resin, cement and fiberglass.
