OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to a caught-in hazard:  On or about June 23, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to a caught-in hazard while standing in front of the infeed chute of a chipper/shredder (Morbark 2400 XL) and placing small debris such as, palm fronds, tree cuttings, and twigs into the equipment's blades, when the equipment had a bent feed control bar and missing safety cables.
