29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about July 2, 2014, in the laundry room, there wasn't an eye wash for employees working with corrosive laundry detergents, such as but not limited to chlorinated, acidic detergents.

29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard: On or about July 2, 2014, incompatible laundry chemicals were stored within close proximity of each other, without containment. In the laundry department, there was one 20 gallon container of chlorinated basic detergent stored next to a 20 gallon container of an acid detergent. Accidental mixture of these two detergents may cause an exothermic reaction liberating heat or explosion if mixed within a container.
