29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:     a) Construction Site: On or about July 07, 2014, and at times prior, as the controlling employer, Trademark Exteriors Restoration, LLC did not ensure its sub-contractor, Joel Trevizio protected their employees from a fall of approximately thirteen feet six inches to the ground below while installing asphalt shingles on a 5:12 pitch roof.
