Worksite located at 4829 NE 79th Street, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to overhead hazards from elevated employees and materials on the roof and were not provided any means of head protection.

Worksite located at 4829 NE 79th Street, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were removing existing shingling and then putting down new shingling with nail guns and were not protected from impact by the use of any means of eye protection.
