29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety nets:    (a)  Bill Sourwine, LLC - Klick Lewis Chevrolet Site at 720 East Main Street, Palmyra, PA - The three employees repairing the flat rubber roof were not provided with fall protection against a fall of approximately twenty feet six inches, on or about July 16, 2014.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
