29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws:   839 Harbor Road:  On or before 07/16/2014, vacuum pump flexible cord protective cover was damaged exposing employees to live wires.  Strain relief was pulled away from the terminal end connection.

29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): On every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate.  839 Harbor Rd:  On or before 07/16/2014, industrial mezzanines area being used by employees to perform shop maintenance was not to marked with the appropriate load rating.
