29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:      (a) On or about July 18, 2014, for the employees tearing off shingles from a roof with a 4 in 12 slope and exposed to a fall of approximately 10 feet, 10 inches, at 1404 Milwaukee Street, Rapid City, South Dakota.    Note:  This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 313850133, Citation 1, Item 1A, and was affirmed as a final order on December 23, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at Veterans Administration Cemetery, Sturgis, South Dakota.
