OSH ACT of 1970 Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that; a self-supporting ladder was used in the closed position as a single ladder.       (a) Shopko Hometown, Spooner, WI, receiving dock; On or about July 23, 2014, a self-supporting ladder was used as a single ladder when the support legs were not opened and it was placed against the receiving dock edge to access the lower outside level.
