29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:    On or about August 1, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee working below employees performing residential roofing operations was not wearing a hard hat to protect against falling material and debris.    There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     On or about August 1, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, employees engaged in residential roofing activities at heights up to 19 feet above the ground were not protected from falls. Employees were exposed to falling approximately 19 feet to the ground.      The Robert Roofing Crop. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 516760, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 21, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 232 Fairway Drive, Prospect Heights, IL 60070.    There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
