29 CFR 1910.272(j)(4): The housekeeping program at the grain handling facility did not address the procedures for removing grain and product spills from the work area:   a) On August 6, 2014 soybean product spilled onto the floor prior to the walk-around was not cleaned up in the soybean processing plant under the roaster.      b) On August 21, 2014 residual product from a large molasses spill was present in the basement corners on the feed mill.
