29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:    a)  In Building 7- Courtyard 3, on August 5, 2014, employees performing carpentry work were exposed to slips, trips, and falls due to no housekeeping strategies being enforced at the work site.    b) In Building 7- Elevator Shaft hallway, on August 5, 2014, employees performing masonry work were exposed to slips, trips, and falls due to no housekeeping strategies being enforced at the work site.
