29 CFR 1926.405(g)(1)(iii)(B): Flexible cords and cables were run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors:    a)  At 702 North 8th Street, Reading, PA - On or about August 7, 2014, employees, heat welding plastic tubing, were powering the McElroy Socket Heater with a flexible cord run through a hole in the floor because there were no power sources on the floor where they were working, exposing employees to fire, electrical burn, and electrical shock hazards.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
