29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:  (a) Packaging Area, Warehouse located at 2150 Newmarket Pkwy, Suite 112, Marietta, GA 30067: The emergency exit located on the rear side of the building was locked with a dead bolt lock as the exit paddle bar lock was not operable. Employees could become trapped or significantly delayed while exiting during emergency evacuations which could cause injuries or death.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  (a) Packaging area, warehouse located at 2150 Newmarket Parkway, Suite 112, Marietta, GA 30067: Employees were unable to use one of the exit routes as it was blocked by Silicone Drums, Pallets, and Forklift Truck  which could trap workers and cause death during emergencies. A second emergency exit door was dead bolted and locked leaving only 1 way to exit the area.
