29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: a) In the Electronic Register Assembly Area, on or about August 20, 2014 - Employees were not trained on the health hazards of UR5380. UR5380 is the hardener in the two component potting material. Employees solder wire onto leads surrounded by potting material in electronic registers and fill the remaining space in the electronic registers with potting material. The components of the potting material are stored in the work area.
