29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. This violation occurred on August 25, 2014, when 7B Building & Development as the Controlling Employer, did not ensure that employees of its subcontractors were protected from 1) falling more than 13 feet to the concrete below; and 2) struck by falling materials and hand tools by the use of hard hats.
