On August 29, 2014, Maintenance Shop, the exit door to the parking lot, was not marked or labeled as an "EXIT".  b. On August 29, 2014, Receiving Warehouse East door, the exit door to the parking lot, was not marked or labeled as an "EXIT".  c. On August 29, 2014, Receiving Warehouse South door, the exit door to the parking lot, was not marked or labeled as an "EXIT".
