29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:    (a) Roofing site located in Chippewa Falls, WI; Protection from electric hazards was not provided for work near an energized overhead electric wire.    (i) South side of roof on garage structure; Roofing operations were conducted on the roof near energized electric wires,     (ii) Southwest and southeast sides of garage structure; An aerial lift was used to install roofing materials on the roof edge near energized electric wires.
