29 CFR 1926.200(a): Required signs and symbols were not visible when work was being performed:    (b) Chester Bross Construction Co. on or about September 29, 2014 had workers performing flagging operations and doing grinding where traffic was turning into the work area from Highway 13 at the entrance to WalMart.  Signs were not present to warn of the construction work and the presence of flaggers ahead.     NOTE:  IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
