29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about October 7, 2014; on the west side of the jobsite, the employer allowed an employee to utilize an aerial lift (Genie-1370) without adequate fall protection while performing masonry work on the exterior of the building, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of approx. twenty (20) feet.
