29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(D):  Powered industrial truck operators were not trained in pedestrian traffic in areas where the vehicle will be operated:  a/ Bed Bath & Beyond/Port Reading NJ Site:  Warehouse (including but not limited to) the Inventory Control Department.  Powered industrial truck operator training provided by the employer did not address the hazard(s) associated with operators picking up and/or dropping off loads of product at work stations where employees are sorting, taping, wrapping, or stacking boxes.  Observed on/or about 10/09/2014.
