29 CFR 1926.1437(n)(5)(i): 29 CFR 1926.1437(n)(5)(i): The crane/derrick was not physically attached to the barge, pontoons, vessel or other means of flotation.  a) US 321, Lenoir City - On or about 10/9/14, employees were exposed to crushing and struck-by hazards when the Link Belt crawler crane was not secured to the floating barge.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
