29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed. (a) In the warehouse area located in the south west portion of the facility, aisle between the racks and a cage was partially blocked by pallets of material, reducing the width of the aisle to approximately 22 inches.

29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage had to be made: (a) Finished Goods warehouse area, aisle along west wall, north of warehouse racking. Aisle being used for forklift travel was not of sufficient width for forklift and pedestrian traffic. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
