Site- An employee was exposed to fall and crushing hazards while working from a step ladder within a revolving door where safety instruction signs were not posted around the outside of the door. From the inside of the lobby, airport patrons had an obstructed view of the employee and the door could be manually propelled striking the employee working from a ladder.    b. Site- An employee was exposed to a crushing hazard while working from a crawl space above the ceiling of a revolving door where safety instruction signs were not posted around the outside of the door. From the inside of the lobby, airport patrons had an obstructed view of the employee and the door could be manually propelled crushing the employee as they were sticking parts of their body, including their head, out of the crawl space and into the path of travel for the revolving door.
