OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from crushing and struck-by hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:    Location: 1 Coffin Avenue, Rear, New Bedford, MA    Employees were exposed to crushing and struck-by hazards associated with building collapse where they were made to continue working in an un-safe structure that had been deemed by a Registered Professional Engineer to be in structural failure mode and where OSHA had posted a Notice of Alleged Imminent Danger.
