29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s).    On 10/27/2014 at the job site located at 10247 Hwy 92, Woodstock Ga, the employer was not performing frequent and regular inspections of the job site so as to enforce the site specific fall protection program resulting in subcontracted employees being exposed to fall hazards up to 25 feet.     No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
