On or about November 12, 2014, Hallway:  Exit access at back of store was reduced to 23 inches near the emergency exit.  B.  On or about November 12, 2014, Store Room:  Exit access through the store room to the emergency exit was reduced to 22 inches.  Forever 21 Retail, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 790781, Repeat Citation Number 1, Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 28, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 75 Middlesex Turnpike, Burlington Mall, Burlington, Massachusetts.
