29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with paragraph (b) or (c) of this section:  a) Market Place Blvd., Hamilton, NJ:  On or about 11/05/2014 two employees of Benchmark Site Development LLC were working in a trench excavation that was greater than 6 feet deep.  The employees were not protected from cave-ins by sloping, benching or shoring.
