Broadway, St. Louis: Caution signs or markings on the ground were not implemented to warn employees against struck by hazards from heavy vehicular traffic or to alert truck operators of pedestrians walking in the yard. On 10/04/2014 a box truck backing into an open dock bay struck an employee who was walking across the yard to his assigned work section of the establishment.
