Warning labels shall be affixed to containers of regulated waste, refrigerators and freezers containing blood or other potentially infectious materials; and other container used to store, transport or ship blood or other potentially infectious materials. (a) At 3100 East Fletcher Ave., Tampa, OBGYN/Labor/Delivery, employees were exposed to bodily fluids during labor and the containers for the soiled scrubs were not labeled to indicate the hazard of bloodborne pathogens, on or about 11/14/2014.
