29 CFR 1910.157(g)(2): The educational program to familiarize employees with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire-fighting was not provided to all employees upon initial employment, and at least annually thereafter:  (a) Forever 21 Retail, Inc., 1156 Four Star Drive, Mount Joy, Pennsylvania - Where the host employer provided portable fire extinguishers for temporary employees to use to fight incipient stage fires, the employer (staffing agency) did not ensure that the temporary employees it provided to the host employer had received initial education on fire extinguisher use and the hazards of incipient stage fire-fighting, exposing the temporary employees to the hazard of injurious contact with smoke or other burning/smoldering materials, on or about October 6, 2014.  Corrected during the inspection.  No abatement documentation required.
