29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6-feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of '1926.502(k) developed and implemented.    This violation occurred on or about November 20, 2014, where employees performing framing work on the roof of a residential home were exposed to an unprotected fall hazard approximately 18 feet and greater to the lower levels.
