29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): When the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible, the employer did not provide the respirator users with the information in Appendix D of this section ("Information for Employees Using Respirator When Not Required Under the Standard"):  a) 101 Mundis Race Road, York PA - Employees wearing N95 respirators while using a bench grinder to shape soap stone had not been provided with Appendix D of the standard as required, on or about November 24, 2014.   No abatement certification or documentation required.
