29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Fort Peck Tech Services Inc.: On or about November 18, 2014, and at times prior, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards while using negative pressure, half face piece respirators without elements of a written program in place to address respiratory hazards such as but not limited to, employee training on limitations on the respirator use and respiratory hazards to which they are potentially exposed, medical evaluation, respirator/filter selection, fit testing, and maintenance cleaning and storage.
