Such activities shall be performed only by experienced and trained employees selected for such work by the competent person. a) Jobsite building front entrance: Employees were erecting a sidewalk shed. A scaffold frame piece collapsed on employees during erection and injured them. The scaffold was not erected under the supervision and direction of a competent person. The employer did not have a competent person on site for the scaffold erection. On or about 12/04/14.
