On or about December 5, 2014, and at times prior thereto, in case of an emergency, employee(s) were exposed to not being able to respond to a fire w/adequate equipment, from a fire extinguisher that read empty while they worked in the kitchen bakery.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: Hobart vertical mixer, Model L-800, Serial No. 11-165-788. Near the center of the kitchen floor, on December 5, 2014, employees were exposed to an amputation hazard while operating the Hobart vertical mixer, without a guard over the rotating parts as it was spinning.
